Wagyu Wagon Food Truck

The Wagyu Wagon is our farm-to-table food truck based at Wag Valley Farm in Hendersonville. We serve Wagyu burgers made from cattle raised right here on the farm, along with crispy fries and seasonal specials. Almost everything we offer is pasture to plate, sourced directly from our farm, though a few items come from trusted local partners. It’s all about simple, delicious food done the right way We are open 4-8.
