Tuesday Casual Collaboration: Luke Bulla & Casey Driessen

Tuesday, October 01
Doors: 4pm // Show: 6:30pm
$12 to $25
In 1994, Luke Bulla and Casey Driessen met at Mark O’Connor’s Fiddle Camp, where their mutual passion for fast fiddle tunes and improvisation sparked an immediate friendship. Casey, with his 5-string fiddle, and Luke, on his standard 4-string, found a unique synergy in their playing styles. This bond kept them close over the years, leading to a collaboration in Nashville where they formed the band Wisechild. After releasing a record and briefly touring with acts like John Mayer and Counting Crows, Luke and Casey pursued their individual musical paths. Luke continued to establish himself as a sought-after session musician and performer, while Casey explored innovative projects and solo work, becoming known for his adventurous approach to the fiddle. Despite their busy schedules, Luke and Casey occasionally reunite to play live, offering audiences the rare chance to witness their dynamic fiddle duets. One show only this October 1st at 185 King St. in Brevard, North Carolina!
