The Fretliners – When The Kettle Sings Tour

The Fretliners – When The Kettle Sings Tour
Friday, November 13
Doors: 3 pm // Show: 8 pm

There is something happening between the mountains and the plains. A stirring in the dust. A
song rising from the timber. Out of that landscape of grit and grace comes The Fretliners, a
band carrying forward the oldest tradition in American music: telling the truth.

You can call them Colorado’s next great acoustic act. You can point to their Telluride and
RockyGrass New Artist wins. You can talk about their musicianship, their harmonies, or their
ability to command a room. All of those things are true. But they only tell part of the story.

The Fretliners are carving their own path through American music, drawing from bluegrass,
Americana, folk, and rock to create something that feels both familiar and completely their own.
Their songs carry the weight of long roads, changing seasons, lost loves, and the quiet hope
that keeps people moving forward.

What separates The Fretliners is not just how they play, but what they have to say. Their writing
feels rooted in something older than trends. They sing about places that shaped them, people
who stayed, memories that linger, and the moments that remind us we are still connected to
something real.

There is a kind of honesty in their music that cannot be manufactured. Each note feels lived-in,
like old wood worn smooth by generations of hands. Each lyric feels like a conversation around
a fire, a story passed down because it still matters.

The Fretliners are not chasing nostalgia. They are honoring what came before while creating
what comes next.

This isn’t revival. It’s renewal.
